Golden Eagles Tee Up at Hoosier Invitational

MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University men's golf team continues its spring campaign at the adidas Hoosier Invitational, April 9-10, held at the par-71, 6,813-yard Indiana University Golf Course in Bloomington, Ind.

Results will be available on following the close of play each day. Live scoring is not available for the adidas Hoosier Invitational.

Thirteen other schools join Marquette in the 54-hole tournament with a shotgun start both days. Golfers will play 36 holes on Saturday and 18 holes on Sunday.

Marquette will be represented by seniors Kelly Kretz and Ben Sieg, junior Matt Haase, and freshmen Corey Konieczki and Michael Motz.

The Golden Eagles are coming off of their best team score of the spring and the third-best of the 2010-11 season, recording a 894 (306-296-292) at the Spring Break Championship in Delray Beach, Fla., March 24-27.
