MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's basketball team opens a two-game road trip Saturday, Feb. 18 at Syracuse. The 1 p.m. CT tip off at the Carrier Dome will be broadcast live on the BIG EAST Network and locally on Sports32 with Bob Picozzi (play-by-play)?and LaChina Robinson (analyst)?on the call.

For the fourth straight game, Marquette will sport its pink shooting shirts and shoes in support of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's "Play 4 Kay" initiative to help raise breast cancer awareness on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond.

Play 4 Kay, formerly known as the Pink Zone, is in honor of the late Kay Yow, former NC State University head women's basketball coach. She served as the catalyst for Play 4 Kay after her third recurrence of breast cancer in 2006. Yow was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1987, and passed away on January 24, 2009.
