MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's soccer team will wrap-up its 2013 spring exhibition campaign with a pair of matches at Valley Fields on Saturday, April 27. The Golden Eagles will take on Wisconsin at 10:30 p.m., before playing Northwestern at 2:30 p.m.
Both games will feature two, thirty-five minute halves.
"The team is excited to finish the spring season with a couple of home matches," head coach Markus Roeders said. "As a coaching staff, we couldn't be more proud of our team for the work that they have put in this spring. These games serve as a last chance to measure ourselves against a couple of quality opponents."
Last fall, the Golden Eagles topped Wisconsin (Aug. 9) in a preseason contest, 1-0, before knocking off Northwestern (Aug. 31) in the regular season, 2-0. Marquette will once again face the Badgers next fall in preseason action.
Wisconsin and Northwestern will play each other at 12:30 p.m.
