Josh Robinson, a native of Lisburn, Northern Ireland, has signed a National Letter of Intent (NLI) to join the Marquette University men's golf program for the 2019-20 season.
Robinson, the 11th-ranked U-18 junior in Ireland, is an accomplished player at the scholastic level in Northern Ireland and the junior levels in the United Kingdom. He competes in boys' golf for his secondary school, the Royal Belfast Academical Institution (RBAI).
- Finished tied for ninth (74-74—148) in the 165-player field stroke play event at the Royal & Ancient Boys Amateur Championship at Royal Portrush & Port Stewart in August of 2018; he advanced to the Round of 16 in match play.
- Was second among Irish players and tied for fourth overall at the 2018 Irish Boys Amateur Championship June with a 1-over-par 285 (67-72-72-74).
- Captained the RBAI team to victory in the Ulster Section of the All-Ireland Schools Championship; led his team to three trips to the interprovincial championships out of the Ulster Section (2016, 2017, 2018).
- Led his Lisburn Club team to a Fred Daly Trophy, Ulster championship in 2018.
