Marquette Volleyball Team Earns District Ranking

Milwaukee - Marquette's volleyball team earned its highest-ever ranking in this week's District 6 poll. The Golden Eagles are ranked sixth and are one of four Conference USA teams that appear in the poll. First-year head coach Laura Farina's squad is 10-6 overall and 3-2 in C-USA action.

The Golden Eagles have a key match this Saturday night against Saint Louis, who is ranked fourth in this week's poll. That contest is part of a four-match homestand that kicks off Friday against UNC Charlotte. Both weekend matches will be played at the Marquette Gym and get underway at 7 p.m.
