MEN TRACK & FIELD READY FOR ACTION AFTER LAYOFF

UP NEXT The Marquette men?s track and field team returns to action after more than a month layoff to compete in the Badger Track Classic in Madison, Wis. this Sat., Jan. 15. The meet is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. (CT) in the Camp Randall Memorial Sports Center on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The Golden Eagles will be tested by the host-Badgers. Though the field has not been determined as of press time, the University of Minnesota and Northern Iowa both have competed in this meet in the past. According to Marquette men?s track& field coach Dave Uhrich, this meet will be a measuring point where the team is at the early stages of the season
LAST WEEK The Golden Eagles have been off since the Ted Haydon Classic in Chicago, Ill. on Dec. 4 due to Marquette University?s winter school break.
