MILWAUKEE - Carolyn Kieger was named as one of women's college basketball's "Freshmen to Watch" by Women's College Hoops.com (womenscollegehoops.com). She was listed as an honorable mention selection.
Kieger, a 5-6 guard from Roseville, Minn., will be playing her first season of college basketball next season. She will be reunited with former AAU teammate Katie Alsdurf, who was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team last season.
