July 11th-13th Golden Eagle Team Camp - 8 Teams Only! -- $150 resident

Special Note to Campers from Coach Rolf
I am excited about being part of Milwaukee and Marquette Athletics. With summer just around the corner, all of our student athletes and coaches are looking forward to working with you on developing your skills while having a lot of fun. Marquette has wonderful facilities to host our camps with plenty of gym space, great food and housing. We will be having a low camper to coaches ratio which all the kids will love. In our FUNdamental Camp, we will have plenty of prizes and hands on volleyball games. It will be an exciting weekend you won't want to miss. For our older Eagle Camp, there will be individual instruction and a variety of scoring formats for games to keep the weekend fun and energized, while learning valuable skills for the future. I invite you to join us and Soar with the Eagles here at Marquette Volleyball.
Golden Eagle Team Camp
8 TEAMS ONLY!!
July 11-13th JV and Varsity Teams -- $150 Residents $100 Day Teams, $75 Instructional (no meals)
This camp is for High School teams only and not individual campers. This weekend is designed for your team to grow and improve through match play. Attention will be given to individual athletes as needed. Team camp is an opportunity to prepare your team for the fall season, and to successfully blend new members into your squad.
- 8 matches guaranteed.
- All sessions will take place at the Rec. Plex in Straz Tower on 10th and Wisconsin Ave.
- Each team will need a minimum of 8 athletes to participate.
- Teams commuting should be dropped off and picked up at Straz Tower.
- One coach/observer per team will be allowed free room and board.
- A team questionnaire will be sent to coaches voluntarily requesting team systems information.

Eagle Hitters, Setters and Defensive Specialist Day/Overnight
July 18th-20th 8-th-12th graders -- $250 residents $200 day campers, $170 instructional (no meals)
I hope you are ready to advance your defense, hitting or setting and touch up the rest of those court skills! This is a great camp to receive detailed instruction on becoming effective Setters, Defensive Specialists, Middle and Outside hitters. We will review all volleyball skills while spending the majority of your time emphasizing these skills with your specific position. This camp is for the beginner and the elite volleyball player. Campers will be divided into skill level groups so they receive the best opportunity to learn and improve in two and a half days.

All residents will stay in McCormick hall supervised by counselors and Camp staff. Residents will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner on both the 19th and 20th. Day campers should be picked up and dropped off at Helfaer Rec. Complex. Day campers will receive both lunch and dinner only on the 19th and 20th. Skill training will take place in both the Marquette Gym and Helfaer Recreation Complex. Both are located on the corners of 16th and Clybourn on the MU campus.
FUNdamental Golden Eagle Day Camp
August 1st-3rd -- 4th-8th graders -- $150 $120 instructional (no lunch)
This is a brand new camp for young athletes that want to have FUN while learning the basic skills of volleyball. We are excited to instill good volleyball habits in young volleyball players so they will fall in love with the sport like we have. Athletes will be instructed in all areas of volleyball including serving, attacking, defense, passing and setting. Athletes will be divided into teams determined by age and skill development. This camp includes an all you can eat lunch on both Saturday and Sunday. All instruction will be held at the Old Gym and Helfaer Recreation Complex.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Each camper will receive a camp ball and a ticket for a free admission to a 2003 conference volleyball match.
- FEES: a nonrefundable deposit of $125.00 for Setters/DS/Hitters Camp or $50.00 for the FUNdamental and Team camp is due with application. Full payment or remainder of payment is due on or before the first day of camp.
- Parent release form must be returned before the camper will be allowed to participate. Release forms are included in the brochures and downloadable from website.
- Registration/drop off and Pick Up-- All campers for the hitters/DS/setters and Team camp will register at McCormick Hall (1530 W. Wisconsin Ave.). Eagle day campers should be dropped off and picked up on the corner of 16th and Clybourn at Helfaer Recreation complex. Day campers for the FUNdamental camp will register, be picked up and dropped off at Helfaer Rec. Team day campers should be dropped off and picked up at Straz Tower on 10th and Wisconsin Ave.
