Women's Basketball Hosts Coaching Clinic

The Marquette women's basketball staff hosted a coaching clinic prior to its first exhibition game on Saturday, Nov. 3. The clinic, headlined by head coach Terri Mitchell and her assistants Michelle Nason, Cara Consuegra and Jennie Lillis, focused on different drills and coaching techniques.
Drills included passing and ball handling, fastbreak, competitive shooting, defense, motion and rebounding.
The Golden Eagles will host a family clinic on on Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Al McGuire Center at 10 a.m. The clinic is for children in eighth grade or under with an adult. Participants will enjoy a pizza party after the clinic and receive a ticket to Marquette's game against Indiana State on Saturday, Dec. 15.
