EA SPORTS Maui Invitational Announces 2007 Schedule

Milwaukee - The 24th Annual EA SPORTS Maui Invitational has announced its tournament field for 2007, with Marquette meeting host Chaminade in the first game of the event on Monday, Nov. 19 on ESPN2.
The Golden Eagles and Swords will tip-off action at 9:30 a.m. local time (or 1:30 p.m. CT). Chaminade is a NCAA Division II program, which serves as the host school for the tournament. The Swords posted a 16-11 record in 2006-07, including an 8-7 mark in conference action.
Based on the day one results, Marquette will face either LSU or Oklahoma State in the second round. LSU finished 17-15 overall last season and did not compete in postseason action, while the Cowboys were 22-13 and earned a selection to the National Invitation Tournament. Tip-off for day two will be either 12:30 p.m. (6 p.m. CT) on Nov. 20.
The three-day tourney runs Nov. 19-21 at the Lahaina Civic Center in Maui, Hawaii. The eight-team field also includes Princeton, Duke, Arizona State and Illinois. Each of the programs is a potential opponent for MU.

Each of the tournament's 12 games will be broadcast live on one of the ESPN platforms, either ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU.
