2008-09 MBB Promotion/Giveaway Schedule
The Marquette Golden Eagles today announced their 2008-2009 promotional schedule for the upcoming men's basketball season. The promotional schedule is highlighted by the Al McGuire Statue to be given away to all fans on February 14th, Al's Night.
The Golden Eagles first two regular season games of 2008 will feature giveaways to the first 10,000 fans in attendance. On November 14th, as MU takes on Houston Baptist, fans will receive a men's basketball magnetic schedule. Three days later, fans can get a men's basketball poster schedule.
In addition to the McGuire Statue, fans will enjoy many more great promotional giveaways including a Marquette Flag presented by Cyganiak Planning on January 31st and a MU mini-backboard on February 17th.
Cyganiak Planning will also be sponsoring a trading card set giveaway that fans will enjoy when they come to any four of the following games: January 4th vs. Cincinnati, January 10th vs. West Virginia, January 24th vs. DePaul, and January 31st vs. Georgetown.
Marquette is also offering a 2-for-1 ticket special for the Pepsi Season Opener versus Houston Baptist on Nov. 14. All tickets to the game are half price.
