Master Strength Coach Todd Smith provides us with some insight on how he trains an athlete's core. He uses a power wheel to demonstrate a series of exercises often used by Marquette athletes. These exercises focus on strengthening the entire midsection of the body as opposed to standard crunches that tend to only focus on the abdominals.
