The Match Play - Final Results 
REUNION, Fla. - The Marquette University men's golf team continued competition at The Match Play on Tuesday, notching a victory over Horizon League foe Cleveland State and finishing as the lone undefeated seven-man team after the Golden Eagles opened the event with a pair of wins Monday.
MU topped the Cleveland State Vikings in the only match of the day by a final score of 14.5-6.5 using medal scoring.
Pat Sanchez, Nick Nelson, Michael Motz, Adam Chester and Will Joiner recorded individual wins for the Golden Eagles. Sanchez carded four birdies on Tuesday, en route to a 3-under-par 69. Michael Motz was outstanding on the front nine, recording a 2-under 34, to propel him to a 71.
Nick Nelson shot 74 to lead the team at 3-over par for two stroke play rounds. Adam Chester was perfect at The Match Play, registering three wins without a draw or loss.
