MU Hosts No. 24 Seton Hall on Sunday

The Marquette University women's basketball team (6-19, 2-12) will play its final game at the Al McGuire Center on Sunday afternoon when the squad hosts No. 24 Seton?Hall. Tip-off is slated for 2:00 p.m. Central time.
Prior to the game the Golden Eagles will honor seniors Cristina Bigica, Chelsie Butler, Arlesia Morse and Apiew Ojulu for their contributions over their four-year careers.
Marquette will look to pull the upset over the Pirates who are the leaders in the BIG?EAST Conference after a last second layup propelled them past DePaul in Chicago on Friday night.
The Golden Eagles gave up a halftime lead and fell to St. John's, 64-52 on Friday night. Freshman Shantelle Valentine grabbed a team-high 10 boards, while classmate Tia Elbert led the team in scoring with 15 points.
Morse, the nation's best free throw shooter (111-119) at 93.3 percent, failed to make it to the charity stripe against St. John's.
In the first meeting between Marquette and Seton Hall this season the Pirates stormed out to an 88-58 victory in South Orange. SHU has won two in-a-row over MU.
The Golden Eagles will conclude the regular season with three consecutive road games beginning at Providence on Friday, Feb. 20 at 6 p.m. CT.
