Hiedeman Selected to BIG EAST Honor Roll

NEW YORK-- Marquette women's basketball junior Natisha Hiedeman was selected to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll, the league office announced on Monday.
Hiedeman averaged 20.5 points per game for the Golden Eagles in a week where they moved back into a tie for first-place in the BIG EAST with a pair of wins over Villanova and Georgetown. The Green Bay, Wis. native also grabbed 4.5 rebounds, dished 3.0 assists and swiped 2.5 steals, while shooting 51.7 percent from the floor. Hiedeman tallied a season-best 26 points in the win over the Wildcats on Friday.
Marquette has two regular season BIG EAST games remaining on the schedule and will travel to Seton Hall and St. John's beginning Friday, Feb. 23.
