Lott Earns Third BIG EAST Honor Roll Nod

The junior guard led MU to an undefeated weekend at Saint Mary's
NEW YORK-- Marquette University junior guard Selena Lott has been named to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll, the league office announced on Monday.
In three games last week, Lott led MU to a 2-1 record, which included a narrow defeat to top-10 ranked Mississippi State last Monday.

She averaged 14 points, 4.3 assists, 3.7 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game on the week. She tallied 16 points, four assists and three steals in MU's narrow setback to No. 10/8 Mississippi State, before going for a team-high 18 points, five rebounds, four assists and three steals in a win at Saint Mary's on Friday. She scored in double figures again in Saturday's win over Tulsa, dishing out a team-high five assists.
For her efforts, she was also named to the Saint Mary's Classic All-Tournament Team in addition to being named tournament MVP.
This is her third BIG EAST honor roll nod of the season. She also made the list on Nov. 25 and Nov. 11.
Marquette will be back in action Sunday night at Milwaukee. Opening tip is scheduled for 4 p.m. CT at the Klotsche Center.
