Preparations Underway in College Station for NCAA Tournament

Marquette tips off against Rice on Friday at 1 p.m. CT on ESPN2
COLLEGE STATION, Texas--Â The Marquette women's basketball team spent its first full day in College Station on Thursday to officially open events at the 2019 NCAA Tournament first and second rounds.
The fifth seeded Golden Eagles made their first appearance at Reed Arena for practice and participated in a press conference. Head coach Carolyn Kieger took her team through a full 90 minutes practice before Marquette tips with No. 12 Rice on Friday, March 22 at approximately 1:00 p.m. CT.
The game will air on ESPN2 in its entirety in the Milwaukee area. All other areas are subject to whip-around coverage, though the complete game will be shown on WatchESPN.
