Northwestern, Purdue, South Florida and UCLA also competed in an NCAA regional.

- The Marquette Intercollegiate sandwiches a pair of premier courses on the schedule in the Trinity Forest Invitational at Trinity Forest Golf Club and the Crooked Stick Collegiate Invitational at Crooked Stick Golf Club.
- The Crooked Stick Collegiate Invitational is jointly hosted by Purdue and Indiana University in Carmel, Indiana on a course built by Pete and Alice Dye in 1964. The course hosted the PGA Championship in 1991 won by John Daly and the U.S. Women's Open in 1993. Most recently it hosted the U.S. Senior Open in 2009 and the 2012 BMW Championship.
- SMU will host the Trinity Forest Collegiate Invitational on the links-style course designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw in Dallas. The home of the SMU men's and women's programs, it became the home of the AT&T Byron Nelson in 2018.
