MU Tennis Travels to Indiana For the Annual Hoosier Classic

Action begins Friday Sept. 27th and runs through Sunday Sept. 29th
MILWAUKEE βΒ The Marquette women's tennis squad will be traveling to Indiana this weekend as they participate in the annual Hoosier Classic.

This comes after a successful weekend for junior Natalija Popovic who took third at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic, the best finish in the tournament for a Marquette player.

Action in Bloomington begins on Friday, Sept. 27thΒ with one round of singles matches starting at 10 a.m. CT and two rounds of doubles at 2:30 p.m. CT. The same schedule is expected for Saturday as well.

On Sunday, Sept. 29th, play resumes but will only feature one round of singles that is expected to conclude around 2 p.m. CT.

The competition will feature Western Michigan, Xavier, Wright State, Louisville, Cincinnati, Miami, Bowling Green, Middle Tennessee, and the host school Indiana.
