Marquette Adds Carly Skrabak

The freshman joins MU from Tennessee Tech

MILWAUKEE, WI-- The Marquette University women's volleyball team and head coach Ryan Theis announces the signing of transfer Carly Skrabak. She is eligible to play for the Golden Eagles for the Spring of 2020.

Skrabak is a freshman transferring from Tennessee Tech and the Ohio Valley Conference. Prior to Tennessee Tech, she played club for Tennessee Performance Volleyball and was a two-time MVP for Centennial High School.

"We're very excited to have Carly join us on campus this spring," head coach Ryan Theis said. "Carly possess all the attributes we look for in a player. She wants to come in and practice every day at the highest level and we look forward to working with her to make her a better player."

The libero finished ninth in the OVC with 4.28 digs per set, and 475 total. She wrapped up the 2019 campaign by racking up at least 20 digs in five games, including 34 for a season-high against Morehead State.
