Several former Marquette players competing around the world

Former Golden Eagles continue to represent Marquette University in the professional ranks around the world and some 2020-21 seasons have already started.
#1. Darius Johnson-Odom (6'2''-PG-89, graduated '12, plays pro in France) led Entente Orleans 45 to a victory over the closely-ranked Cholet Basket (2-0) crushing them 101-63 in the French Jeep ELITE ProA last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Johnson-Odom recorded 27 points (!!!) and added 4 assists in 33 minutes. It was his first game for Entente Orleans 45 this season. His team is placed fifth in the Jeep ELITE ProA. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
 #2. Dwight Buycks (6'3''-PG-89, graduated '11, plays in France) was the major contributor in a JSF Nanterre's victory against the sixth-ranked Cedevita Olimpija (0-1) 80-76 in the Eurocup on Wednesday night. He recorded 14 points. It was his first game for JSF Nanterre this season. His team is placed second in group D. But the season just started, so everything may happen.
 #3. Luke Fischer (6'11''-C-94, graduated '17, currently in France) is a teammate of previously mentioned Darius Johnson-Odom and both played together in the last French Jeep ELITE ProA game. Fischer contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Cholet Basket (2-0) crushing them 101-63. He recorded 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 26 minutes. It was his first game for Entente Orleans 45 this season. Fischer is a naturalized Armenian.
 #4. Jamil Wilson (6'7''-F-90, graduated '14, plays pro in Italy) contributed to an Virtus Roma's victory against the 13th-ranked Fortitudo BO (0-1) 81-76 in the Italian Serie A last Sunday. Wilson recorded 6 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. It was his first game for Virtus Roma this season. His team is placed fourth in Group D. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
