WLAX Adds Game Against Oregon on Friday

MU will host the Ducks at 7:30 p.m. Central time

MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's lacrosse team has added a non-conference game to its 2021 schedule against the University of Oregon on Friday, Feb. 26 at 7:30 p.m. Central time at Valley Fields.

UO was originally scheduled to play at Notre Dame on Friday before taking on Central Michigan on Sunday. The Ducks game against the Irish was postponed due to issues related to COVID-19 in UND's program.

MU will now play two games this weekend as its previously scheduled game at Kent State on Saturday, Feb. 27 will be moved to Sunday, Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. CT.

This will be the first ever matchup between the Golden Eagles and Ducks.
