Madison Kane Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll

It's the first career weekly honor for Kane
NEW YORK – Marquette University senior midfielder Madison Kane was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll, the conference announced Monday.
A Chicago native, Kane had an excellent weekend on the field, totaling six points off four goals and two assists along with six ground balls and two draw controls in 1-1 road swing at Villanova.
She had four points (2g, 2a) and five ground balls to lead MU to an 8-7 victory on Sunday.
This is her first career weekly honor from the conference.Â
Marquette (4-6, 1-3 BIG EAST) will be back in action on Friday, April 9 at Georgetown. The game is set for 3 p.m. Central time.
