Garcia matched UConn's Sydney Watson for the single-game high last week in both points (eight) and goals (six) as the Golden Eagles won at Detroit Mercy on Friday. Garcia's six goals mark a career high. All seven of the senior's shots on Friday were on target, with six beating the keeper. She also added a caused turnover.Â

Sydney Watson, UConn, Sr., M
Watson claims her second straight honor after leading the BIG EAST in draw controls last week while finishing second in goals and points and third in assists. The senior midfielder tallied 11 goals, four assists, 15 points, 26 draw controls and three ground balls in wins over UMass Lowell and New Hampshire. She totaled eight points (6g, 2a) and 13 draws against the Riverhawks before going for seven points (5g, 2a) and 13 draws against the Wildcats.Â

Kailee Lammers, Denver, Sr., DÂ
Lammers anchored a defense which limited Ohio State to just 16 shots, including eight on net, as the Pioneers improved to 4-0 on the year. Lammers tallied five caused turnovers and four ground balls, while helping disrupt the Buckeyes' clear attempts for a 20-26 finish. Denver has limited three straight opponents to single-digit goals.   Â

Emelia Bohi, Denver, Fr., GK
Bohi picks up her second weekly certificate of the season after earning a win in net against Ohio State on Friday. The rookie goalkeeper registered four saves while facing 16 shots, surrendering just five goals in 60 minutes. Bohi added three ground balls.
