#MUBB Celebrates 2023-24 At Annual Banquet

Golden Eagles honor seniors Oso Ighodaro and Tyler Kolek
The Marquette University men's basketball team officially concluded the 2023-24 season on Wednesday night with the program's annual banquet.
Over 300 people attended the event, which was hosted by WTMJ-TV's Lance Allan and featured and awards presentation, highlight videos and remarks from head coach Shaka Smart and seniors Oso Ighodaro and Tyler Kolek.
The Golden Eagles finished with a record of 27-10 in 2023-24 and the 56 total wins the last two seasons are the highest two-year total in program history. Marquette advanced to the Big East Tournament title game for the second-straight season. A No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament, the Golden Eagles advanced to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2013. MU fans brought an electric atmosphere to Fiserv Forum, with the six sellouts this season the most since the 2018-19 campaign and the eighth-place finish in the national regular season average attendance ranking was the best in school history.
