1. What is your most memorable experience with the team?
Kruszeski: The win over Michigan in Florida in 2023.
2. What's the best advice you could offer future Marquette lacrosse players?
Kruszeski: You're capable of much more than you think. You have every resource available at your disposal, use them to learn and grow as an athlete and as a man.
3. Most memorable game? Why?
Kruszeski: The Drexel game my freshman year. It was my first collegiate goal. It was one of the first "hard work pays off" moments for me. I'll never forget the love and support I felt from my teammates.
4. What has motivated you?
Kruszeski: The role models in my life have motivated me. I've been lucky enough to be surrounded by so many great people that I look up to. Gaining what I admire about them as well as what they want for me keeps me going.
5. How do you think you've changed as a player or person over your career at Marquette?
Kruszeski: I've definitely become more self-driven, and have held a higher standard for myself. Being a part of this team, and this culture has, made me realize the importance of representing myself, the team, and this university in the highest light. I've become more motivated to push myself to become a better version of me.
6. What is your favorite thing about the city of Milwaukee? Why?
Kruszeski: All of the great spots to eat, drink, and hang out. This city has so many spots to enjoy what it has to offer.
7. What have you learned that you will take with you as you move on from MU?
Kruszeski: To keep pushing myself. Having a high standard for myself and doing things the right way has paid off for me, and I'm confident it will continue to do so for me in the future.
8. Who is a teammate that has inspired you? Why
Kruszeski: Mason Woodward. Mason has been one of my best friends since move-in day freshman year, and my roommate for the last three years. His talent, work ethic, and ability to lead is inspiring. He does this all while having gratitude for the moment and the people around him, humbleness, and an unwavering positive attitude.
