Senior midfielder scored pair of goals in win over St. Thomas
Senior midfielder Tess O'Connell has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
The Wilmington, Mass., native netted a pair of goals in the 5-0 victory over St. Thomas on Thursday, Sept.19 to conclude non-conference action.
O'Connell, who leads the team with four goals, also netted a pair of scores in the team's victory over Mercyhurst.
The Golden Eagles return to action on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 1 p.m. when the team faces Creighton in the BIG EAST home opener at Valley Fields.Â
