WLAX Announces 2026 Schedule

MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Marquette University women's lacrosse has announced its 2026 schedule, featuring eight home games at Valley Fields and a competitive mix of non-conference and BIG EAST matchups.

The Golden Eagles open the season with an exhibition against the University of Chicago on Saturday, January 31 at 1 p.m. CT. The regular season begins at home on February 6 against Eastern Michigan at noon, followed by Cincinnati on February 8 and Central Michigan on February 13.

Marquette then hits the road for a challenging stretch, traveling to Northwestern on February 20, Arizona State on February 24, Jacksonville on March 1, and Youngstown State on March 6. The Golden Eagles return to Valley Fields on March 10 to host Detroit Mercy before heading to Niagara on March 14.

BIG EAST play begins March 21 when Marquette welcomes Georgetown to Milwaukee. The Golden Eagles also host UC Davis on March 23, Villanova on April 4, and Butler on April 18. Road conference contests include Xavier on March 28, Denver on April 1, and UConn on April 25.
