MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's volleyball team heads to Madison, Wisconsin for a Wednesday evening spring match at UW Field House against the Wisconsin Badgers.
The contest is scheduled to air live on Big Ten Network with Chris Vosters and Emily Ehman on the call. First serve is slated for 7:36 p.m. Central time.
Individual tickets can be purchased from the Wisconsin Ticket Office with general admission for $7, reserved for $10 and reserved chairback seats for $12.
Earlier this spring, Marquette announced it will host the Badgers for the second time at Fiserv Forum in downtown Milwaukee this fall. The Golden Eagles welcome UW for a Wednesday, Sept. 17 matchup at the home of the Marquette men's basketball program and the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks. The two programs set an NCAA women's volleyball regular season indoor attendance record at the venue during the 2023 matchup with 17,037 fans in attendance.
Marquette is led by first-year head coach Tom Mendoza, who was introduced last month as the sixth head coach in program history. Mendoza has since added a pair of coaches to his staff in associate head coach Ethan Pheister and assistant coach Stef Jankiewicz.
Marquette went 25-9 overall and 16-2 in conference play last season and made its third NCAA regional appearance. The Golden Eagles return seven letter winners from 2024, including AVCA All-Region middle hitter Hattie Bray.Â
Following Wednesday's game in Madison, the Golden Eagles have just one spring play date remaining on Saturday, April 26 when they host the Art of Coaching Clinic at the Al McGuire Center.
