WSOC Announces 2025 Schedule

The Marquette University women's soccer team has announced its 2025 schedule and will open the regular season at Northern Illinois on Thursday, Aug. 14.

Prior to the season lidlifter against the Huskies, the Golden Eagles will face Illinois in exhibition action on Thursday, Aug. 7 on the road.

The team's home opener comes against North Dakota State on Sunday, Aug. 17 and the non-conference home slate is highlighted by visits from Wisconsin (Aug. 24) and Notre Dame (Sept. 7).

Marquette begins BIG EAST play against Butler at home on Sept. 20 and the league will move to a Wednesday-Saturday weekly schedule in 2025.

The Golden Eagles will honor the senior class against Seton Hall on Nov. 1 and the BIG EAST Conference Tournament is set for Nov. 6-9 in Boyds, Md. The conference tournament will feature the top-four teams in the regular-season standings in semifinal action prior to the championship match.

Marquette is under the direction of second-year head coach Chris Allen and the team returns 13 letterwinners and seven starters from the 2024 campaign.
