Earned three letters in each sport...Named MVP of the cross country team and won the Panther Award for cross country and track...Set the 4x400m record in 4:08 as a junior, and ran a 5:25 mile, a 5K in 19:53 and the 800m in 2:24...Earned a conference championship in the mile-run in 2007.... Named First Team All-County and First Team All-Conference in cross country.
