1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter for your chance to win the Prize described in Section 2 of these Official Rules, complete an online entry form at www.gomarquette.com by February 14, 2008. A total of one winner will be selected. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 p.m. on February 14, 2008.

2. PRIZE. There is a total of one (1) Prize: Youth participation as ball kid for the Marquette University men's basketball team (total retail value $0) on Saturday, February 23, 2008. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize of equal value. No other substitution or transfer of Prize permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for Prize delivery, not responsible for Prize utility, quality, or otherwise.

3. SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNER: Prize Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about February 15, 2008, by Fidelity Investments whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one entry per person. Prize will be awarded assuming sufficient number of eligible entries Fidelity Investments reserves the right to choose another winner if original winner does not claim Prize within 5 business days of notification.

4. TO CLAIM PRIZE: Entrants do not need to be present to claim Prize. Fidelity will attempt to notify winner by telephone or mail. Winner must accept Prize by signing and returning a completed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner if affidavit/release is not completed or signed, if Prize is not claimed within 5 business days, or if Prize notification is returned as undeliverable. Prize winner agrees to use of name, address (city and state only), and likeness for promotional purposes, in any medium, without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

5. TAXES: Winners of the Prize are subject to all U.S. Federal and State taxes with respect to receipt of the Prize. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $0 and is considered income to the winner.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the United States of America, (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military installations,) having a primary mailing address within the U.S. who have attained the age of majority in their state of residence as of February 14, 2008, excluding employees (and their immediate family and members of the same household) of Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC or its affiliates. Persons working for another NYSE member, financial institution, news or financial information media, or other broker or dealer in securities, commodities, or money instruments as defined by NYSE Rule 350 are excluded. This offer is void outside of the United States of America and where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

7. GENERAL: No incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion; to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or suspend Prize redemption should any unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond
Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Each Prize drawing entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the person named on the entry form. Only one Prize drawing entry will be accepted per person. All Prize drawing entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned to claimants or entrants. Your responses to questions on the Prize drawing entry form will not be used to update information Sponsor may have already obtained about you, including your mailing or e-mail address. Please contact Sponsor if you need to update any information you previously provided. The information you enter on the Prize drawing entry form will be made available only to Fidelity Investments companies and will not be sold or made available to any independent third parties, except those engaged on Sponsor's behalf.

8. WINNERS LIST: To obtain a winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Winner's List, Fidelity Investments® Marquette University Ball Kid Promotion, c/o Jeff Ehrhardt, Fidelity Investments, 16020 West Bluemound Road, Brookfield, WI, 53005. Requests must be received by February 22, 2008. Winners list will be sent after selection and verification of winner.

9. MISCELLANEOUS: The Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with the Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By accepting Prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of Prize or participation in any Prize-related activities.

10. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
