Organization Description: The Marquette University Athletic Ticket Office provides the University and its community members with professional and enthusiastic service. Our function is to oversee ticket operations as they pertain to all events with which MU athletics is affiliated. We will efficiently serve our customers and team members with teamwork-based effort, striving to fill every seat with enthusiastic fans to best support our student-athletes.
Job Description:
- Assist in processing and distributing ticket requests through telephone, mail, and walk-up sales for all Marquette Athletic sporting
- Performing digital ticketing and online account resolution for customers
- Representing Marquette Ticket Office at Marquette sporting events at the Al McGuire Center, Valley Fields, or Fiserv Forum and performing the following duties:
- Selling & distributing public tickets and Player/Coach Will Call tickets
- Scanning & monitoring ticket entry
- Digital ticket resolution
- Promote continued support for Marquette University and the intercollegiate athletics program
- Collaborate with other departments within Athletic Department (Marketing, Sales, Development, Business Office, etc.)
- Marquette Ticket Office is open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday with 1 student employee needed in the office during office hours to work with Ticket Office Staff
- Ticket Office Assistants are also needed for event staffing:
- Fall Sports: Men’s & Women’s Soccer, Volleyball
- Winter Sports: Men’s & Women’s Basketball
- Spring Sports: Men’s & Women’s Lacrosse
- Men’s Basketball Reseating (summer)
- Special Events as scheduled
- Great exposure to working in the sports environment
- Develop problem-solving, strong communication, and customer service skills

- Ability to do homework during regular 9-5 office hours (so long as it doesn’t interfere with work-related tasks)
