Christine Lebiecki is entering her fifth year with Marquette University and recently joined the Athletic Advancement/Blue & Gold Fund Team in February of 2021.
In addition to her full-time duties as Associate Director of Development in Athletic Advancement, Lebiecki also serves as the volunteer coach for the MU cross country and track and field teams.
A former cross country track and field athlete at Southeast Missouri State, she works now with the MU cross country team and the distance runners on the track and field team. In 2018, she helped coach the women's cross country team to a sixth place finish at the BIG EAST Championships and a 23rd place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. Lebiecki helped the MU men to an impressive fourth place finish at the BIG EAST Championships and a 15th place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regionals.
During the 2018-19 indoor and outdoor track seasons, she assisted MU Head Distance Coach Sean Birren in leading the women's team to a third place finish at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships and a fourth place finish at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships. Lebiecki helped the men's team to runner-up finishes at both the BIG EAST Indoor and Outdoor Championships.
In 2019, Lebiecki helped the men's cross country team tie its best-ever finish at the BIG EAST Championship when they placed fourth with a program-best 99 points. On the track in 2019-20, Lebiecki helped lead the men's and women's teams to runner-up finishes at the BIG EAST Indoor Championship.
Originally from St. Charles, Missouri, Lebiecki was a four-year letter winner at Francis Howell Central High School, leading her team to state in Cross Country in 2008, running the 1-mile, 2-mile and breaking the school record in the 4x800 meter relay. Lebiecki went on to run collegiately at South Missouri State University.
Lebiecki now resides in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, with her husband Maxx and their son Hudson. Joining them are two mini Australian Shepherds, Bourbon and Rye, and two cats, Brutus and Quigley.
