The 2024-25 campaign will be Marotta's 11th year at Marquette overall and her third as Director of Operations, Men's Basketball (promoted in August of 2022).
Marotta served as coordinator of operations for six years after working with program as an undergraduate student at Marquette for two seasons.
Marotta focuses her duties as the primary coordinator for the program’s scheduling and is relied upon for running the day-to-day operations of the office. Her role focuses on overseeing student-athlete welfare, focusing on player needs away from the court. She also serves as one of the main coordinators for the summer camps put on by Marquette men's basketball that serves players ages 5-18.
Marotta graduated from Marquette in 2016 with a degree in biomedical sciences from the College of Health Sciences and a minor in psychology. She also earned a master of Business Administration degree and a certificate in Sports Leadership from Marquette in 2021.
Marotta and her husband Cam were married in August of 2024.
