Prior to Marquette: McNamara attended The Academy of the Holy Cross High School where she was elected to captain her senior season... Earned all-conference all four years of her career and received all-state in Maryland and the Washington Post All-Met as a sophomore (2016) … Played club soccer with Maryland United FC for Coach Scotty Villagran.
Personal: Born in Bethesda, Maryland to Allison Yu-McNamara and Jim McNamara... Has one twin brother, Sean ... Plans to major in exercise physiology.
