Marquette Volleyball Team Drops Match To Indiana

Milwaukee -- The Marquette volleyball team dropped a three-game decision to Indiana on Saturday in a second-round match at the Hoosier Invitational at Bloomington. The Golden Eagles came out on the short end of a 7-15, 5-15, 8-15 decision.
Marquette finished the match with a 26.2 attack percentage compared to IU's 52.3 percent, a match record for the Hoosiers. The Golden Eagles had four players finish with double-figure kills paced by freshman Ann Lopta's 14. Junior middle blocker Mehgan Devine totaled 13 kills while freshman Megan Markowski and sophomore Danielle Hagen totaled 11 and 10, respectively.
