The Marquette men's track team is headed to the east-side for a meet against cross-town rival UW-M.
The Golden Eagles are looking to their sprinters to produce as they have in the first two meets of the season. The team is also led by senior thrower Heath Roussel, who threw for a meet record in the weight throw (48-9) in the team's first meet of the season and won with a throw of 54-0 at the Badger Classic. Another leader on the field is senior Greg Uher, who took first place in shot put at the Badger Classic.
This is the first of two meetings between the Panthers and the Golden Eagles. The next meet is scheduled for Feb. 16, 2001 at UW-M.
