Golden Eagles to Run at Cyclone Classic

The men's track team will be in Ames, Iowa this Saturday, competeing in the Cyclone Classic.

The team will be running against teams from Kansas, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Purdue and Indiana State. Last year at this meet, the team had a productive day, with 13 of 15 runners setting new personal-best times.

Last week in Illinois the 5,000-meter runners stole the show, with senior Jeremy Sullivan finishing second, followed by sophomore Ben Bocher and freshman Sal Graziano. Freshman Ryan Jacobson set a new freshman record in the 600-meter run, finishing with a time of 1:22.25. That time places him eighth on the all time list.
