MILWAUKEE (AP) - Dwyane Wade's 21 points led Marquette past Team Nike 84-60 in an exhibition game Saturday.
Robert Jackson, a 6-foot-10 senior who sat out last season after transferring from Mississippi State, had 19 points and 16 rebounds. Scott Merritt added 12 points.
Dave Ferguson, who played at St. Louis, led Team Nike with 20 points. Jay Locklier, formerly of Washington State, had 14.
Team Nike dressed only eight players but led 23-19 when Wade scored eight points to spark a 10-1 run for the Golden Eagles.
They didn't trail again, leading 38-31 at halftime. Marquette scored the first six points of the second half en route to a 56-37 lead with about 12? minutes left. It didn't get closer than 13 the rest of the way.
Wade was 10-for-15 from the field. Marquette limited Team Nike to 35.8 percent shooting and had a 46-28 rebounding edge.
Marquette opens the season Nov. 15 at Villanova.
