Marquette Tandem to Doubles Finals

Milwaukee?Troy Delmege and Pete Van Lieshout advance to the Milwaukee Tennis Classic?s doubles finals after their opponent in the semifinal round faced a walk-over due to injury this afternoon.

Minnesota?s Adrian Debreyne and Avery Ticer didn?t compete because of a back injury Debreyne sustained before the match.
Delmege and Van Lieshout automatically advance to the finals match where they will meet one seeded Andy Columbo and Jonathan Kinsella of Arizona State. Columbo claimed the 2000 NCAA doubles championship with then-partner Rameez Junaid of Auburn.
The finals match will be at Helfaer Tennis Stadium at 11 a.m. tomorrow.
A Marquette pair has never won the doubles title in the history of the Milwaukee Tennis Classic.
