Women's Team Ranks No. 29 on FinishLynx National Poll

The Marquette women's cross country team dropped four spots on this week's FinishLynx/NCAA Division I national poll, now sitting at No. 29. 
This past weekend, the Golden Eagles placed 11th in the White Race at the Pre-National Invitational in Terre Haute, Ind. Michaela Courtney was the first MU runner to cross the finish line, finishing 30th overall while clocking a time of 21:18 for the six-kilometer course.
Next up for Marquette is the BIG EAST Championship, held on Friday, Oct. 28 at Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, NY.
