Kim Todd Repeats as BIG EAST Player of the Week

Todd earned the honor for her performance last week helping the Golden Eagles (15-10, 7-5 BIG EAST) to improve their win streak to a league-leading five matches overall with its two victories over Wis.-Milwaukee (3-1) and Seton Hall (3-2). Todd posted an astounding 35 kills, setting a school record for individual kills in a match, while hitting .520 in Marquette?s 3-2 decision over Seton Hall Nov. 4. She also tallied seven digs and seven block assists in the victory helping Marquette to clinch a berth in the BIG EAST Championship.
Earlier in the week, Todd had her seventh double-double performance of the season in a 3-1 victory over cross-town rival Wis.-Milwaukee registering 15 kills and 14 digs, while notching two service aces.
With Todd?s honor, Marquette has collected three player of the week honors this season and four honor roll selections.
The Golden Eagles will hit the road this weekend for a tough two-match tilt wrapping up the conference regular season at Louisville on Saturday, November 12 at 2 p.m. EST, before battling Cincinnati on Sunday, November 13 at 2 p.m. EST.
