Marquette Adds Four National Broadcasts to Slate

MILWAUKEE - The Marquette men's basketball program added four new games to its already scheduled slate of nine nationally televised contests, Monday, as ESPN announced it will carry MU BIG EAST matchups with Seton Hall, Providence, Rutgers and DePaul.
ESPN 360 - ESPN's broadband service - will air games, via the internet, at the Bradley Center against Seton Hall, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m., and Rutgers, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m., and a road contest with DePaul, Feb. 14 at 7:30 p.m.
ESPNU will broadcast live the Golden Eagles game against the Providence Friars, Feb. 3 at 1 p.m., in a contest that will also feature the retirement of the No. 3 jersey worn by former MU-great Dwayne Wade.
Marquette is now scheduled to make 13 appearances on national television in 2006-07, including all seven games played in the month of February.
The Golden Eagles will open their season, Friday, Nov. 10, when they host Hillsdale College at the Bradley Center at 7 p.m.
