Fans of the Marquette University men's and women's basketball teams will get their first look at the 2008-09 squads Saturday night at "Marquette Madness," and annual event that signifies the start of practice for both programs.
Doors to the Al McGuire Center will open at 6 p.m. and admission is free. Highlights of the action-packed night include:
- Free Converse/Brand WADE T-shirt to all in attendance
- Free poster to all in attendance
- Men's & women's team introductions
- Video Presentations
- Men's dunk contest
- Dance/cheer performances
- Team scrimmages
MUTV's coverage will begin at 5:30 p.m. and can be seen live on GoMarquette.com.
