Coaches everywhere should be showing their teams how unselfish the San Antonio Spurs have been playing during the 2011-12 season.

The value of young players watching success coming from selfless play is priceless. We have taken the liberty to clip out some of their most unselfish plays throughout the 2012 playoffs. Enjoy!

Notes:

Look at the spacing one the floor. San Antonio does an excellent job at spreading the floor and attacking open gaps in the defense.
The Spurs don't usually run complicated set offenses. They usually rely on simple ball screens and/or hand offs to create angles to drive.
The Spurs are an excellent passing team but they do not over pass. Shooters and drivers on this team know when they don't have to make the extra pass.
