Freshman Nick Dykema Earns Second Tourney Title

Freshman Nick Dykema of the Marquette University men's tennis team claimed the Flight B title at the 35th Annual Ball State Fall Invitational Sunday morning, wrapping up MU's participation in the event.
Dykema, who also teamed up with junior Cameron Tehrani to win the event's Flight B doubles championship, downed Illinois State's Muddappa Appanervanda 7-6, 3-6, 1-0 (8) in the title match.
The Green Bay, Wis., native is now 11-1 in singles action this year and lost just one set all weekend long. Dykema earned the Flight D title earlier this season at Purdue.
