The Marquette University men's tennis team (8-3) picked up a pair of non-conference victories Saturday at the Helfaer Tennis Stadium, downing Bradley 6-1 and South Dakota State 6-1.
The Golden Eagles claimed each of the team's four matches on the season-long homestand, including a 4-3 win over No. 54 Denver Friday night.
MU swept all three doubles matches vs. the Braves and five of the six singles contests. In the five singles decisions, the squad didn't drop a single set.
The trio of doubles tandems also swept through the Jackrabbits and didn't drop more than three games in any of the matches. Again, MU was victorious in five of the singles contests to conclude a busy weekend on campus.
The Golden Eagles return to action Wednesday night at rival Wisconsin. First serve is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT.
