Allazia Blockton Named To BIG EAST Honor Roll

NEW YORK - Reigning BIG EAST Freshman of the Year Allazia Blockton has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday.
Blockton started off the 2016-17 season scoring a game-high 19 points. The Milwaukee, Wisconsin native also grabbed four rebounds and dished out four assists to help carry Marquette (1-0) to an 87-37 win over Longwood last week Friday.
The Golden Eagles return to action on Tuesday, Nov. 15th as they host Saint Francis (PA) at 7 p.m. Central time.
