Yentz Earns Spot on BIG EAST Honor Roll

Marquette University women's basketball senior McKayla Yentz has been named to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll, the league office announced on Monday.
Yentz tallied 16 points to lead the Golden Eagles in a 62-52 win over New Mexico to close out the non-conference slate for MU. She also grabbed four rebounds in 26 minutes of action.
With a 9-2 non-conference record Marquette has totaled its best non-conference mark since the 2013-14 campaign produced the same record.
The Golden Eagles open BIG EAST action on Wednesday, Dec. 28 at Villanova. Tip-off is set for 11 a.m. Central time live on the BIG EAST Digital Network and can also be viewed locally on Fox Sports Wisconsin.
